Order Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and the delivery location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. At that point you can choose not to place your order without penalty.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backorder item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns Policy

All returns must be shipped in their original packaging and in unused condition. Only items with manufacturer defects will be accepted. ProFibe can’t be held responsible for products damaged during shipping. Damage as a result of shipping should be reported to the delivering carrier for settlement. All returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase.

Return Procedure

  • Please call (386) 761-8100 to request a refund. You will be issued a refund tracking number.
  • Ship products in their original packaging to:

Please be sure to include signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Refunds will not be applied for the following reasons:

Products damaged during shipping (Contact the delivering carrier to file a claim).

Products damaged due to consumer neglect or improper usage.

Partially used products.

Products returned without the original receipt.

Products not returned in the original packaging,

Restocking Fees

Returned merchandise could be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Institution of the restocking fee will be at the discretion of ProFibe. Restocking fees, if applied, will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for the original shipping and handling charges paid will not be authorized.
